Our Server set-up

We are an SOC II-certified company. We have a state-of-the-art server farm in Westchester, OH, with backup generators, failsafe internet connections, and a state-of-the-art disaster recovery center in Milford, OH. Our client’s data is extremely safe with us, sometimes even safer than it is with them!

Jeff Baltas

Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Baltas has spent the entirety of his 30+ year career in healthcare. He began with the study of the industry through market research work conducted for those health plans known as the “BUCAs”. That knowledge led him to pursue experience with ASCs and then, working for two of the top 50 privately held optical companies in the country, where he helped to create medical/surgical strategies for these entities, as well as overseeing the managed care programs of each. The next phase of his career included; the development, ownership, and operation of Kentucky’s only standalone vision insurance company, ownership of a Third Party Administrator (TPA), expertise in self-funding, and the creation of multiple BPO programs that included private labeling of all the services necessary for a regional health plan to operate as a TPA. From that point on his focus has been on improving healthcare outcomes and eliminating those dollars not going specifically to the delivery of healthcare. This focus brought value to the overall Netmark experience, helping our clients reduce expenses, create implementations of tested process improvement. His approach, s of applying an entrepreneurial understanding to each client’s bottom-line is unique. Read more..

Dom Diomede

Vice President - Payer Solutions

Dom brings to Netmark close to two decades of experience in healthcare, both on the provider and payer sides. Dom’s speciality is finding unique ways to solve clients’ business problems through the application of resources and technologies, focusing on process improvements that lead to efficiency and cost savings. With exposure to many different aspects of next-generation technology, he has a great deal of knowledge about applying AI, RPA, Machine Learning, and various SAAS solutions to solve business problems quickly, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner. In his spare time, Dom enjoys hobbies like fitness, outdoors, golf, mountain biking, playing chess, home improvement, and his lifelong passion of being an acquarist. Read more..

Business Development Director

Tim joined Netmark Services in 2017 as Business Development Director, specializing in providing result-oriented support services to a wide array of medico-legal professionals, both in the corporate and private sectors. Tim’s prior experience includes franchisee owner/operator of a profitable multi-unit restaurant and nightclub chain, before moving on to medical software sales development, support and implementation within the renal and organ transplant communities. This invaluable experience provided him with applicable knowledge of services and support industries including medical and legal environments. Tim applies his business acumen and straightforward approach to successfully match strategic services with client needs. With over 20 years of experience in building businesses (including his own), combined with his high energy and genuine enthusiasm, Tim is a positive force in the workplace,encouraging business success.
