In addition to saving time and money, using Netmark’s services also ensures that the records are organized and easy to navigate, making it easier for healthcare providers and legal teams to access the information they need quickly and efficiently.
Netmark creates a personalized dashboard for the client, including all of the patient records in various stages of completion and their corresponding delivery dates. This dashboard is designed to be easy to understand and provides the client with a clear understanding of the status of each chronology and when they can expect it to be delivered.
Each chronology and narrative summary is unique, much like a fingerprint of an individual. Our team ensures that every completed report is treated uniquely.
To ensure the security and privacy of our clients, all reports and medical records are stored in a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant database for three years. This ensures our clients have easy access to their reports and records at any time.
We also offer our clients the option to delete the record(s) from our portal after downloading them. This ensures that our clients have complete control over their records should they choose to delete them.
